RESIGNATION OF MARK WILLCOX AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF MVELA GROUP            
Mark Willcox ("Willcox"), a founding director of the broad Mvelaphanda family of
companies ("Mvelaphanda"), has stepped down from the board of Mvela Group with  
effect from February 2, 2009. Willcox was a non-executive director of the Mvela 
Group board, having stepped down as an executive director in 2008. He remains   
intimately involved with Mvelaphanda, and in particular with Mvelaphanda        
Holdings, where he is both CEO and controlling shareholder.
