DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025
Bondholders are hereby advised that consequent to certain ongoing internal approval processes, the
City's audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, the auditor's report thereon,
and the integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2025 (collectively, the "Annual Reporting
Documents") will not be submitted to the JSE prior to the deadline contemplated in paragraph 6.5 of
the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, being 31 January 2026.
The City anticipates that the Annual Reporting Documents will be tabled, and following such tabling,
submitted to the JSE and published on or before 28 February 2026, and will provide further updates
should this timeline change.
