Noteholders are advised that there will be a council sitting of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality on
28 August 2025. Noteholders are advised that the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality unaudited draft
Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 (Core AFS) will be presented to the councilors for noting
and thereafter submitted to the auditor general for audit.
The City's Core unaudited draft AFS will be uploaded on the COE's website no later than Monday 1st of
September 2025 if there are no delays at council. Noteholders will be advised as soon as the AFS are available
on the City of Ekurhuleni's website.
