CHANGE OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR


In accordance with paragraph 21.35 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of
Mantengu hereby notifies shareholders that it has terminated the services of Merchantec Capital as
Designated Advisor to the Company with effect from 1 July 2025.

Accordingly, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has commenced with the process of
appointing a new Designated Advisor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
