CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Bank Windhoek, hereby announces the appointment of
Mr Johannes Jacobus (Jaco) Esterhuyse as a non-executive director of Bank Windhoek, effective
30 April 2025.

Regulatory approval for the appointment of Mr Esterhuyse has been obtained. The appointment was
made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of Bank Windhoek.
