NOTICE OF CREDIT EVENT

Absa Bank Limited (the "Issuer") wishes to advise the JSE Limited of a Credit Event that has occurred in respect of
Intrum AB of the ITRAX series, a Reference Entity included in the Applicable Pricing Supplements related to the notes
listed in the table below. Under the terms of the notes, the amount of the notes equal to the Reference Entity Nominal
Amount will be redeemed and delisted. Therefore, the notes will be partially redeemed and delisted effective 14 February
2025.
