Further to the announcement released on SENS on 17 July 2023 confirming the appointment of Ms
Simangele Mbatha as Acting Group Company Secretary for uMngeni-uThukela Water, noteholders are
advised the Ms Mbatha has now been appointed as permanent Group Company Secretary with effect
from 1 August 2024.
