Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 01 February
2024 regarding the finalisation announcement, Satrix Managers (RF)
Pty Limited hereby announce the issue price.


Issue price

Satrix Equity Momentum ETF will issue 6 604 856(Six Million Six hundred
and Four thousand Eight hundred and Fifty Six) securities to list on
the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE
Limited, at an issue price of R 12.1972 per security, to commence
trading on Friday, 09 February 2024.
