Shareholders are are referred to the announcement published on 21 December 2023 relating to the acquisition by the Company's
affiliate, Salera Properties S.L.U. (formerly known as Bacanati Investments S.L.U.) (the "Purchaser"), of Salera Centro
Comercial, a retail shopping centre in Castellon, Spain (the "Property").

Lighthouse is pleased to confirm that the transaction has been completed and the Property has been transferred to the Purchaser
effective 31 January 2024, a month earlier than originally envisaged.
