Dealings in securities by the DBW Plan, further information

Datatec announced the annual grants under the terms of its Deferred Bonus Warrants
Plan (“DBW Plan”) in an announcement on SENS dated 2 June 2023 (“Announcement”).

In the Announcement, shareholders were informed that the DBW Plan was in the
process of acquiring shares in the market for the bonus deferrals of participants
including the Directors and Company Secretary. Details of the market purchases up
to and including 31 May 2023 were provided.

The remaining purchases for the DBW Plan have now been effected in the market with
prior clearance at a volume-weighted-average price of R 37.5422 per share and a
total transaction value of R9,522,998. Details of the daily transactions are given
below:

These transactions complete the on-market purchase of 358,394 Datatec shares
required for the 2023 DBW grant. The volume-weighted-average price for the total
DBW purchase (including the above transactions and the ones reported on 2 June
2023) was R37.5040 per share and the total transaction value was R 13,441,203.
