Change to the Board of Directors

In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are herewith advised of
the following change to the board of directors (Board) of Vista Finco with effect from 19 April 2023.

Deborah Mutemwa-Tumbo has resigned as Independent Non-Executive director of the Board. She was also a member of
the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee.

Ms Mutemwa-Tumbo applied a cautious approach and tendered her resignation from all active directorships for the time
being as part of the process of applying to the High Court to be admitted as an advocate of the High Court of South
Africa.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Mutemwa-Tumbo for her valuable contribution during her tenure.
