Joint announcement – results of Mandatory Offer


Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 3 February 2023 regarding the distribution of the
Mandatory Offer circular.

The Mandatory Offer closed on Friday, 24 March 2023.

428 233 SEAM shareholders, constituting 9.8% of all the SEAM shareholders accepted the Mandatory
Offer. Following the finalisation of the Mandatory Offer, PBNJ holds 2 604 547 SEAM ordinary shares,
representing 59.9% of SEAM’s issued share capital.

The directors of PBNJ, insofar as the information in this SENS announcement relates to PBNJ,
