Notification of change to director’s declaration

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 October 2022 regarding the
voluntary liquidation of MV Fire Protection Services (Pty) Limited (previously named Jasco Security and
Fire Solutions (Pty) Limited) (“Security & Fire”). In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby notified that the Schedule 13 director’s declarations
(“Director’s Declaration”) for Warren Prinsloo, have been amended to state that a company of which he
has been a director in the past 12 months, being MV Fire Protection Services (Pty) Limited, has been
placed into voluntary liquidation.


The amended Director’s Declaration have been submitted to the JSE.
