As a result of the “Interest Distributions” of R0.4056 (ex date 22 Dec 2021) and R0.6529 ( ex date 29
June 2022) an adjustment has been made to the exercise price to ensure the financial position of the
warrant holders is unprejudiced.

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the abovementioned warrant VKEIVA, would like to advise
Holders, that due to the new adjusted exercise price of R0.01, effective 1 September 2022, VKEIVA
has now terminated and Holders are entitled to now receive the linked units, being Vukile Property
Fund Limited JSE share code VKE ISIN ZAE000180865, at the new exercise price of R0.01 per unit
held, together with the balance of the cash payment (equalling R0.47 per unit held) being the R
1.05846 distribution less the R0.585246 final pay down of the strike. This will automatically accrue to
holders via instruction to STRATE.

Suspension Date: 1 September 2022

Termination Date: 6 September 2022
