CHANGE IN EXTERNAL AUDITOR FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 30 SEPTEMBER 2024
In compliance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of Reunert are
hereby advised that the Company has appointed KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) as the new external auditor of the
Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2024, which appointment will be subject to shareholder
approval at the upcoming 2023 annual general meeting of the Company.
The change in auditor was initiated by the Company pursuant to the mandatory audit form rotation rule issued
by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.
Deloitte & Touche remains the Company’s external auditor for the financial years ending 30 September 2022
and 30 September 2023.
The board of directors thanks Deloitte & Touche for its contribution over the years and looks forward to
working with both Deloitte and Touche and KPMG during the transition period.
