CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

RESIGNATION OF NEW FRONTIER STATUTORY AUDITORS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 10 September 2021 wherein
it advised that the statutory auditors of New Frontier, BDO & Co Ltd, Mauritius, had tendered their
resignation as statutory auditors to the Company with immediate effect.

The actual date of their resignation was 3 August 2021.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the Official Market of the SEM and the Alternative Exchange
of the JSE.
