LISTING OF THE NEWFUNDS REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY ETF IN THE EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECTOR
ON THE JSE
This announcement is issued in compliance with section 19.27 of the JSE Listings
Requirements and is issued for information purposes pertaining to the listing of the
Portfolio.
INTRODUCTION
The Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF is managed by NewFunds (RF) Proprietary
Limited (the “Manager”) and has been established with the intention of allowing an
Investor to gain exposure to the securities of eligible listed property companies in
the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
The Portfolio will track and replicate the GPR Reitway Global Property Index (the
“Index”) and is calculated and maintained by Global Property Research B.V.
Global Property Research B.V. in collaboration with Reitway Global (Pty) Ltd created
the index which is considered to be representative of listed property stock market
across Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
The Portfolio will replicate the performance of the index in ZAR terms and will
distributions quarterly.
The Portfolio will be listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) as an Exchange
Traded Fund (ETF),and can be traded throughout any trading day at prevailing market
prices. According to the index methodology, the index is rebalanced on a bi-annual
basis, on the third Friday of March and September. The index committee may change
this date to cater for market holidays.
APPROVAL
Approval for the listing of the Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF was granted by
the JSE on Tuesday, 5 May 2021.
LISTING AND OFFERING SUMMARY
• Investors are able to participate by acquiring participatory interest in the
Portfolio on the secondary market. The initial offer is available via private
placement only and via the Manager.
RAMP UP PERIOD
This refers to the period where underlying securities will be acquired by the Newfunds
Reitway Global Property ETF with the cash proceeds raised from the private placement
offer.

Notes:
1. One Letter of Allotment (“LA”) will be issued for every one Rand subscription
against a subscriber’s CSDP being. Once the Baskets have been acquired on behalf
of the Portfolio, CSD will convert the LA’s to Participatory Interests in the
CSDP accounts in accordance with the conversion ratio to be published on SENS.
