RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on
18 November 2020, which was renewed on 4 January 2021 and 15 February 2021, and are
advised that negotiations are in the final stages in respect of the non-binding expression of
interest for the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of a major subsidiary of the
Company, which if successfully concluded represents an attractive opportunity for the
Company to monetise its investment in a major subsidiary.

Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a full announcement is released on SENS.
