Outlook
NEPI Rockcastle plc has withdrawn its 2020 earnings guidance and Hammerson
plc announced that it will resume paying dividends in the second half of
2020. In light of the uncertainty relating to dividends being received
from the listed investments, no distribution guidance is provided for the
remainder of this financial year.
As a result of the change of financial year-end to 31 December, the board
intends to declare the next distribution for the nine months ended December
2020.
