APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER
In compliance with the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, debt holders are advised that
Sinovuyo Mpakama, in his capacity as Group Head: Treasury, Financial Strategy and Planning at The
City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, has been appointed as the debt officer of the Issuer
with immediate effect.
