Notice is hereby given that interest payment number 4 has been declared from income reserves
for the period 01 November 2019 to and including 31 October 2020, amounting to a gross interest
of 0.801620 USD per note, converted to 13.21198 ZAR (using a ZAR/USD exchange rate of 16.4816
cents per note as at 13 October 2020), payable to the holders of the Notes as recorded in the
books of Investec Bank Limited (“the Company”) at the close of business on Friday,
30 October 2020.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of interest number 4 are as follows:
