NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Marius Burger has notified the Board of Toyota Financial Services (the “Board”) of his
intention to retire as an executive director and Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer with effect from
31 December 2020.

Due to personal reasons, Marius has decided to avail of early retirement.

The Board wishes to thank Marius for his support over the years.

A successor will be announced in due course.
