SEM APPROVAL FOR LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES

The board of directors of Lighthouse (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Listing Executive Committee of
the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the "SEM") has approved, on 19 August 2020, the issue and listing of up to
818 156 150 additional Lighthouse shares on the Official Market of the SEM in terms of private placement(s) and /
or consideration issue(s), at a price to be decided by the Board.

The Company now has SEM approvals to issue and list up to 1 562 337 040 new shares, i.e. in line with the authorities
granted by shareholders at the general meeting held on 7 August 2020.

For more information about the Company, the Listing Particulars issued by Lighthouse on 14 February 2020 and the
Supplement to the Listing Particulars (the "Supplement") issued on 19 August 2020, should be read in their entirety.

As required by the SEM Listing Rules, the Supplement as approved by the SEM, shall be made available for
inspection for at least 14 days, during normal office hours at the registered office of the Company, which is situated
at C1-401, 4th Floor, La Croisette, Grand Baie, Mauritius as from 19 August 2020.

Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the SEM and the Main Board of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange Limited ("JSE").
