The Company announces the following transactions by Andrew McGlone, a PDMR of the Company, and
Melanie McGlone, a person closely associated with Mr McGlone, which took place on 2 April 2020. The
substance of the transactions is that Mrs McGlone sold shares held in her own name and Mr McGlone
bought back a greater number of shares in an ISA.
