Further to the Abridged Prospectus published on SENS on 9 May 2017, and using the terms defined
therein unless otherwise stated, Private Placees and Retail Investors are advised of the following
amendments to the salient dates and times relating to the Listing:

 Closing date of the Offer at 12:00 on                                               Thursday, 15 June

 Successful Applicants advised of allocations and results of the Offer
 released on SENS on                                                                  Tuesday, 20 June

 Results of the Offer published in the South African press on                       Wednesday, 21 June

 Expected Listing Date                                                               Thursday, 22 June

 CSDP and broker accounts will be updated and debited with the funds on              Thursday, 22 June


 1. All references to time are to South African Standard Time.
 2. The above dates may change, and any such change will be published on SENS and in the South African
    press.
 3. No applications will be accepted after 12:00 on Thursday, 15 June 2017.
 4. CSDPs effect payment in respect of Dematerialised Shareholders on a delivery versus payment basis.
