DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY OLD MUTUAL PLC

In accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are referred to the
announcement published on SENS on 20 July 2016 where it
was   announced   that   Old   Mutual   Investment   Group
Proprietary Limited (“OMIG”) has disposed of a beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company on behalf of
its clients, such that the total beneficial interest in
the securities of the Company held by Old Mutual is now
18,82% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

On 21 July 2016, Mustek has received formal notification
in the prescribed form that the entire Old Mutual Plc
Group that includes OMIG and other positions held by
entities within the wider Old Mutual Group has disposed
of a beneficial interest in the securities of the Company
on behalf of its clients, such that the total beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company held by the
entire Old Mutual Plc Group is now 24,16% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.

The declaration by Old Mutual Plc includes the totals
within the declaration made by OMIG on 20 July 2016.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the
Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
