DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 June 2016. The distribution of 16.34752 cents per PrefTrax Security will be comprised as
follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          14.85869 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                        2.22880 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                12.62989 cents

 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                         1.48883 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                        0.22332 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 1.26551 cents



The payment has been delayed beyond the 14 business day deadline as communicated through SENS
on the 1st of June, “Distribution Announcement – Salient Dates”. This was a special request from the
JSE as a result of the change to T+3 settlement.

The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
24 June 2016 and will be paid on 22 July 2016.
