DECLARATION AND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE
DELISTING OF THE COMPANY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the
Company on SENS on 14 May 2015 in terms of which Shareholders
were advised that the Company will apply to the JSE Limited
(“JSE”) to delist from the Alternative Exchange of the JSE,
as:
1.1   the Company no longer complies with the requirements for
      a continued listing on the JSE and the shares of the
      Company have been suspended since 26 August 2014;
1.2   the Company is effectively a shell with no assets or
      liabilities and as such no distribution will be paid to
      shareholders of the Company; and
1.3   it is in the public interest to do so.


Shareholders are accordingly hereby advised that the JSE has
approved the Company’s application to delist from the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
