CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Sentula (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Mduduzi (“Mdu”) Edward Gama has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee
with effect from 1 February 2015.

Mdu’s qualifications include a BCom Accounting degree from the National University of Lesotho, an MBA
from the University of Durban-Westville and a PhD (Finance) degree from the University of Johannesburg.
Previously the chief executive officer of Meeg Asset Finance Proprietary Limited, Mdu is currently the chief
executive officer of Safika Asset Finance Proprietary Limited, which companies he founded and which
operate in the financial services industry. Mdu also serves on the boards of a number of listed entities and
private companies.

The Board welcomes Mdu and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
