NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the Company will be holding a general meeting of Class A Shareholders of 
the Company, to be held at the Companys registered office on Wednesday, 30 October 2013 at Mercury 
House, 101 Front Street, Hamilton, HM12, Bermuda at 10:00 am (Bermuda time) and, for South African 
shareholders, at ENS, 2nd Floor La Gratitude Office Park, 95 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch, Western Cape at 
3:00 pm (South African time), to consider and, if deemed appropriate, pass the resolutions required to:

-	effect a Specific Issue of Shares for cash in Bermuda to Capital Partners Group Holdings Limited 
(registration number 60342), a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, 
subject always to the consent of the BSX; and

-	approve the appointment of Mr James Robert Bareham and Mr Hermanus Roeloff Willem Troskie as 
Directors of the Company.

A copy of the full Notice to Shareholders shall be provided to the Shareholders on Monday, 14 October 
2013 and an electronic version of the Notice to Shareholders and all annexures hereto shall be made 
available on the Companys website at www.southernviewfinance.com on Monday, 14 October 2013.
