TRADING STATEMENT

In compliance with paragraph 3.4 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they
are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists, that the financial results for the next period to
be reported on are likely to vary by more than 20% from
the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that further to the Trading
Statement released on SENS on 17 September 2012, the
company is expecting earnings and headline earnings per
share for the six months ended 30 September 2012 to be
between 60% and 80% lower compared to the earnings and
headline earnings per share for the previous
corresponding period.

The information in this Trading Statement has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
