CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
unitholders are advised that Mr. George Morrell Thomas has retired from the     
board of PFM as non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Thomas has     
served the on the board of PFM for a period of 20 years and board of PFM would  
like to express their thanks to him for his contribution over this period.
