DEALING IN SHARES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, details
of a dealing in securities by an associate of Dr Christiaan van der Merwe ("Director"), a non-
executive director of STADIO, are disclosed in the table below.

The Director and his associates have continued to hold a significant shareholding in STADIO,
since its listing. For the sole purpose of reducing debt levels and restructuring his family
investment portfolio, the Director, through his associate, the Chris van der Merwe Familie
Trust, sold a limited number of STADIO shares, as detailed below. Following the disposal, the
Director, through his aforementioned associate, continues to hold more than 6.4 million
STADIO shares.
