Pursuant to paragraph 2.6 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised
that Sanlam Life, has terminated the services of Absa Corporate and Investment Bank, a division of Absa Bank
Limited, as its ongoing debt sponsor due to the rotation of ongoing debt sponsors, effective on 6 October 2023
(the “effective date”).

Sanlam Life further advises noteholders that the issuer has appointed Rand Merchant Bank (a division of
FirstRand Bank Limited), as its ongoing debt sponsor, from the effective date.
