Temporary Closure of Bakubung Platinum Mine Due to Unprotected Strike


Shareholders are advised that Bakubung Platinum Mine has temporarily closed on 20 July
2023 and will remain closed until further notice due to safety concerns caused by the ongoing
unprotected strike.

Management would like to reiterate that it is working hard to resolve this matter and safeguard
our employees while also ensuring the protection of the mine’s assets and the sustainability
of the mine going forward.
