DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN TRANSPACO LIMITED

The Company has received notice from Samuel Abelheim Holdings (Pty) Ltd that it had disposed of
ordinary shares in the Company such that its total beneficial interest has decreased to 1.65% of the
ordinary shares in issue.

The Company will file the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel, per section 122(3)(a) of
the Companies Act, 2008.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement, and
