CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company (“the Board”) advises shareholders that Mr. Somasundran (“Danny”) Naidoo has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 5 December 2022. Danny has also
resigned as chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration
Committee.

The Board thanks Danny for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Board is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the roles of independent non-executive
director, chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
