announcement for a proposed broad-based black economic empowerment ownership transaction in Old
Mutual, resulting in an approximate 4% increase in black shareholding in Old Mutual.

Old Mutual is the guarantor of OMLACSA OML11, OML12 and OML13 debt instruments.
