AMENDED NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the notice of AGM to be held on Friday, 19 March 2021 at 10h00
at ninth floor, Katherine Towers, 1 Park Lane, Sandton, Gauteng, which was distributed on 22
December 2020.

As the financial assistance granted to a director of the Company, in the form of a limited
indemnity approved by the shareholders and directors of enX at the annual general meeting
of the Company held on 13 February 2018 in terms of sections 44 and/or 45 of the Companies
Act, 71 of 2008, is due to expire on 31 August 2021, the Company wishes to extend the period
of the limited indemnity and deems it necessary to obtain approval from shareholders for the
financial assistance to be granted to a director of the company as contemplated in the
extended limited indemnity.

Consequently, an amended Notice of AGM and amended form of proxy has been distributed
and are available on the website www.exnXgroup.co.za/integrated annual reports/

An additional ‘’Special resolution number 5: Financial assistance to a director in the form of
enX indemnity with regards to CapLev Shareholders’’ has been included.

The amended form of proxy reflects the addition of the aforementioned resolution.
