LATE SUBMISSION OF INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENT ("INTERIM REPORT")


The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) wishes to advise that the above mentioned companies
have failed to submit their interim report within the three-month period stipulated in the JSE's
Listings Requirements.


As a consequence, these companies listings will be annotated with an “RE” on the JSE trading system
to indicate the non-compliance.


The JSE wishes to advise that it has allowed Accentuate to publish its interim report on or before 30
April 2020, due to unforeseen and extreme circumstances beyond Accentuate’s control.


If either of the abovementioned companies still fail to submit their interim report on or before 30
April 2020, then their listings may be suspended.


This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
