AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER

Bondholders are advised that the Issuer’s annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2019 (“the
2019 financial statements”) are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The 2019 financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available on their website at:
https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/ivuzi.

Bondholders are further advised that the audit report on the 2019 financial statements is unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.

In addition, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that no restatement(s) to the Issuer’s previously
published annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 have been included in the 2019
financial statements.
