Availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018
This is an update to the previous announcement released on the 30th of April 2019 in terms of the
availability of the annual financial statements of the issuer.
Noteholders are hereby advised that the company’s Audited Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 December 2018 has been released. The annual financial statements of the issuer
have been audited by Ernst & Young Inc. who have issued an unqualified audit opinion with
emphasis of matter, refer to note 21 of the annual financial statements for further details. This

In terms of section 7.6 (c) of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, investors are
advised that the issuer has reclassified the previous years financial statements due to the
adoption of the new and revised standards and interpretations issued by the IASB
and the IFRIC that are relevant to its operations and effective for annual reporting periods
beginning on 1 January 2017. The adoption of these new and revised standards and
interpretations has not resulted in material changes to the company's accounting policies. Please
refer to note number 2.5 in the Notes to the Annual Financial Statements for further details.
