CASH DIVIDEND OF 4.5 GBP PENCE PER SHARE DECLARED BY ATLANTIC LEAF


The Board of Atlantic Leaf is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 4.5 GBP pence per share for the 
six months ended 31 August 2017. Further information regarding the interim dividend, including salient 
dates and exchange rates, will be announced in due course on or around 31 October 2017.

Atlantic Leaf holds primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd 
and on the Main Board of the JSE Limited.
