On 27 March 2014 Acucap Properties Limited and Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited announced an offer by
Acucap Properties Limited to acquire all of the units of the Sycom Property Fund unit holders (“Sycom Units”) in
exchange for Acucap Properties Limited securities (“Acucap Securities”) in a ratio of 58 Acucap Securities for every
100 Sycom Units held.
Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Variable Strike Warrant hereby informs the holders of the
termination and delisting of SYCIVB on commencement of trade on Thursday 10 July 2014 (see the related securities
above).
Accordingly, the following pertinent dates should be noted:
Last Day to Trade: Wednesday, 02 July 2014
Suspension Date: Thursday, 03 July 2014
Record Date: Wednesday, 09 July 2014
Payment Date: Thursday, 10 July 2014
Investec will pay the current holders of SYCIVB the intrinsic value of 2517 cents per warrant held, calculated using the
closing price of the underlying SYC unit as at Friday 20 June 2014 of 2560 cents per unit less the Strike Price of 43
cents.
Investec further advises of the adjustments made to the Strike Price of the above-mentioned Variable Strike warrants
as a result of a Distribution of 88.12 cents (effective on 02 December 2013) and a Distribution of 95.16 cents (effective
on 23 June 2014).
