RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND REMINDER OF SALIENT DATES

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 23 May
2013 regarding the posting of the Circular and the Notice of
General Meeting included therein in respect of, inter alia, the
scheme of arrangement (“the Scheme”) and are advised that, at
the general meeting of shareholders held today (“the General
Meeting”), all of the proposed ordinary and special resolutions
pertaining to the Scheme, as contained in the Notice of General
Meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders
present and voting in person or by proxy.


IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES

Shareholders are reminded of the following dates and times in
relation to the Scheme and delisting of the Company:

   periods which may be required in terms of the Companies Act
   or Companies Regulations, 2011 where applicable, and any
   such consents or dispensations must be specifically applied
   for, and granted.
