DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of STANLIBSX securities ("Securities Holders") are referred to the
announcement dated Monday, 25 February 2013 setting out details of a possible
quarterly distribution by the ETF to Securities Holders.
Further to the above mentioned announcement, the manager of the STANLIB ETF
Collective Investment Scheme (“the Manager”) has resolved to make a quarterly
distribution to Securities Holders for the quarter ended 31 March 2013 ("the
Distribution") in an amount of 2.12000 cents per STANLIBSX ETF security. The
distribution will be constituted as follows:
Gross Dividend(local) : 0.70000 cents
Local Tax (15%) : 0.10500 cents
Net dividend : 0.59500 cents
Gross Dividend(foreign)to be taxed : 0.67000 cents
Tax Applicable (15%) : 0.10050 cents
Net Dividend : 0.56950 cents
Interest : 0.40000 cents
Scrip Lending : 0.35000 cents
The Security Holders who are not exempt from dividend tax will receive the
Net Dividend of 1.16450 cents.
The Distribution will be made to all Securities Holders recorded in the
register on Thursday, 28 March 2013 and will be paid on Friday, 12 April
2013.
