DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly distribution by RMB Government
Inflation Linked Bond Exchange Traded Fund (RMB Inflation-X) to holders of RMB Inflation-X Securities,
the manager and trustees (namely RMB CIS MANCO (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited) have
resolved to make a quarterly distribution to holders of RMB Inflation-X securities for the quarter ended 31
December 2012. The distribution will:
- amount to 16.50 cents (R0.1650) per RMB Inflation-X security;
- be constituted 16.50 cents (R0.1650) in respect of interest;
- be made to all holders of RMB Inflation-X securities recorded in the register on 28 December
2012; and
- be effected on 7 January 2013.
The distribution is calculated after taking into account accrued expenses incurred by the fund for the
previous quarter and thus represents a distribution net of fund expenses.
RMB Government Inflation Linked Bond Exchange Traded Fund Income Tax number is 0691/223/16/8.
