CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEE
In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of SuperDrive (“the Board”) hereby notifies Noteholders of the following changes
to the Board and the Audit Committee with effect from 24 August 2026:
- Ms Bongiwe Lynette Majozi has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of the
Audit Committee. Ms Majozi’s resignation follows her resignation from TMF Corporate Services (South
Africa) (Pty) Ltd, a fiduciary services supplier to SuperDrive.
The Board thanks Ms Majozi for her invaluable contribution to SuperDrive during her tenure and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.
In accordance with SuperDrive’s policy relating to the nomination and appointment of directors:
- Ms Rosalind Mary Friedericksen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a
member of the Audit Committee, replacing Ms Majozi.
Ms Friedericksen (CA(SA)) has deep experience in fiduciary and entity governance matters and currently
serves as an independent non-executive director, Audit Committee Chairperson or member of the audit
committees of a number of companies with ring-fenced asset-backed debt listed on stock exchanges in
South Africa.
