AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR

Further to the SENS announcement released on 11 June 2025, noteholders are advised that the annual
financial statements of Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., being the guarantor to the Issuer's
R 20 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the year ended 31 March 2025 (the "Guarantor's financial 
statements") are available for inspection, during office hours, at the registered office of the Issuer and through 
a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.

The Guarantor's financial statements will also be available on the Issuer's website at
https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-services/corporate-affairs.

Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the Guarantor's financial statements is unqualified, with
no modifications applicable.

Furthermore, the Issuer advises that there have been no restatements to the previously published annual
financial statements of the Guarantor for the year ended 31 March 2024.
