In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the appointment of Mr. Monale Ratsoma as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of
New Development Bank with effect from 8 July 2024. In this role he is responsible for the treasury,
portfolio management, finance and accounting functions of the Bank.

The appointment was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the
Issuer.
